Seven of the men have winning ribbons pinned to their suits [with 1965 written on the top; most likely from a mining health and safety competition] while the other man is wearing a trench coat. From left to right are Mr. Dore, Mr. McLean, Mr. Del Pivo, Mr. Jack Heit, Mr. Kelly, Mr. MacDonell, Mr. Cull and Mr. Paterson.
